Wilco Contractors would like to help you with your new home or light commercial building in Alaska or Hawaii. We have been constructing fine custom homes in Alaska since 1977 and enjoy the challenge of every new design of construction offered to us.

    We, Wilco Contractors, have all the necessary building licenses for general contracting in the State of Alaska and the State  of Hawaii. We are also insured and bonded for homes and light commercial buildings. All of our subcontractors are also Licensed and insured.

    Every house begins with a plan which Wilco and you can design with an architect or drafting engineer. Wilco will make sure the plans are to Unified Building Codes and all local code standards to receive necessary permits.

    We have packets with copies of our business and state licenses, a copy of our insurance binder, two different contracts, a list of options and upgrades, a list of standard features, a warranty, a list of references, and many pictures of Wilco’s work available upon request. The packet can be mailed, faxed or emailed anywhere you would like.
